Ruth Birtz, former Town of Lincoln Assessor, will share how TIF districts have benefited the Town of Lincoln and helped support community improvements. She will also be available to answer questions from members of the public.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about how TIFs can help Greenville invest in infrastructure, economic development, and community projects while keeping more tax dollars working locally.
