The Muhlenberg County Courthouse and Judicial Center will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27, 2026, due to severe weather conditions.

Our top priority is the safety of Muhlenberg Countians and our employees during these extreme conditions. Please stay safe, limit travel if possible, and take necessary precautions.

If you receive a letter in the mail that resembles the one below, please DO NOT attempt to contact the phone number provided. To verify whether there is a lien against your property, you should always visit the Muhlenberg County Clerk's Office to inquire further. You can search your name and/or property for free at their office with the computers they provide. Please stay informed, be aware and vigilant!
