The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is a unique education agency with a statewide network of professional educators, trained volunteers, and county offices. Some of our major efforts are in mitigating drought impacts; conserving water use in homes, landscapes, and production agriculture; improving emergency management; enhancing food security; and protecting human health through education about diet, exercise, and disease prevention and management.

A huge thank you to our guest speakers, Brad Voss, Horticulture Agent with Collin-County Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service, and Anne Thornton, Director of Sustainable Agriculture at Collin College, for sharing their knowledge and helping make this session such a great experience.

Celebrate America's 250th Birthday by participating in the Spirit of America Ornament Challenge hosted by Hunt County AgriLife Extension!

Design and create a festive ornament that captures the spirit, history, and pride of our nation. Best of all, it's completely FREE to enter! All ornaments will be displayed on the tree at the Hunt County Extension Office, 2217 Washington St., Greenville, TX

Prizes awarded for 1st Place in both divisions
Entries are due to the Hunt County Extension Office by July 2 at Noon
