It is especially important that drivers be vigilant when sharing the road with school buses. When a school bus is present, drivers should always:
Prepare to stop when a bus with overhead yellow lights slows down.
Stop at least 20 feet away from a bus when its red lights are flashing, unless driving in the opposite direction on a divided highway.
Slow down in or near school and residential areas.
Watch for children between parked cars and other objects.

You may have noticed we have had some functional issues with our recycling bin this past month. Please be patient with our temporary replacement while our old one is repaired. The temporary one does not have a slot, so please make sure that the retaining bar placed is over the lids before you leave to prevent carboard from flying out of the bin.

*The bin will be locked 4/29/25 for the wind advisory

Thank you!
