The organization was formed in 1995 by the Darke County Board of Commissioners to encourage bus

Our May session focused on Career Management & Mentorship 💼, featuring a facilitated conversation led by Nikki Lange from Midmark Corporation. Participants explored the importance of mentorship, personal growth, leadership development, and the value of building strong professional relationships throughout every stage of a career. 🌟

The day also included tours of Midmark Corporation, Hotel Versailles, and SILAS Creative Kitchen, giving the class an inside look at innovation, hospitality, and business excellence happening right here in Darke County. 🏢✨
