Our GTCPD and GTC Family has suffered a great loss with the passing of our Records Manager, Thomas Joel Foster, Sr.
Affectionately known as Joel, he was an integral and Unparalleled member of the College and our PD Team.

Joel was a selfless, gregarious, resourceful, and humble person, who always went the "extra mile".

We extend our sincere heartfelt sympathies to his children, grandchildren, extended members of his family, and all of his many friends.

He shall be forever missed, but never, never forgotten.

Congratulations, Fran!

It's a mix of emotions today as Communications Manager Fran Moore is retiring from the Greenville Police Department after 33 years of service. Fran began her journey as a dispatcher and gradually climbed up the ranks to become the manager. Throughout her tenure, she has played multiple roles and contributed immensely to the department and the city. We will miss her dearly, but we extend our best wishes to her for a successful future.
