You will need to don your Sherlock Holmes deerstalker hat and dust off your magnifying glass because this week's Greenup County historical photo is a real mystery! The photo is part of a collection donated by the family of George Corum. The little girl is unknown. However, the reverse side (also posted here) has something, perhaps a name, written in pencil. The question is what does it say? Hattie? Harriet? Hunter? Does the fact that this was part of Corum's photos mean the child was known to the Corum family? The photo having been taken at a Portsmouth, Ohio studio could be a valuable clue. Help us solve this mystery!
