The Career Firefighters Association of Green was chartered by the International Association of Firefighters in 1985 and currently represents 41 Firefighters employed with City of Green Division of Fire. The members of local 2964 respond to over 3,200 calls annually protecting approx 33.5 square miles and serving more then 25,000 citizens. Approximately 80% of all emergency calls are paramedic rela

ted calls. In addition to emergency services, the Fire Division also offers fire safety education to children and adults; specialized training programs such as CPR training and fire safety training to businesses and not-for-profit groups; conducts fire inspections for businesses within the City of Green.
