The district would like to extend our deepest sympathies and prayers to the Griffith family. It is with a heavy heart I say this. Kentwood lost a real treasure in Gerald. I was Blessed enough to call him FRIEND and Honored to call him BROTHER. He dedicated his life to public service and served as an excellent role model to young firefighters. He is better known for being an inspiration to a large number of people. There will be a lot of people who were affected by him miss him dearly. Go rest now Brother, we will take it from here and try to be as impactful on this world as you were. God Bless the Griffith family and may he continue to Bless us.
