Do you know a teenager that likes to write? Aspires to write a book? Loves to meet authors? Boy, do we have a program for them! On Tuesday, April 12, Indiana author, Mike Mullins (Ashfall series) will be presenting his Writing Funshop! Join us at 5:00 for pizza and a chance to chat with Mr. Mullin before the Funshop begins at 6:00.
Mike says: What do S.E. Hinton, Christopher Paolini, and Kody Keplinger have in common? They all published their first novels as teenagers. You can too! This isn’t a workshop; it’s a funshop. Come prepared to be loud and crazy, to break things, and to write like hyperactive ferrets. If ferrets could write. Which they can’t, but that’s beside the point. Everyone will leave with a plan for writing their first novel!”
