NC Guardian ad Litem- Guilford County

NC Guardian ad Litem- Guilford County Guardians ad Litem are community volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected children in court. GAL volunteers come from all backgrounds.

The Guilford County Guardian ad Litem Program recruits, trains, and supervises volunteers who advocate for the needs of abused and neglected children in Guilford County. We represent the best interest of these children in juvenile court hearings and advocate for their placement into safe, permanent homes as quickly as possible. There are no educational or experience requirements, just a desire to help a child in need of a voice in the court juvenile social welfare system.
