Congratulations to UNC Greensboro and UNCG Department of Educational Leadership and Cultural Foundations alumnus Jason Johnson ’02 MSA, ’11 EdS, principal of Orange High School, on being named the 2026 National High School Principal of the Year. He credits his time at UNCG with helping shape the leadership philosophy that has guided his 25+ years in education: building relationships, leading with compassion, and putting students first.
