We’re reaching out to share the exciting announcement of being awarded a North Carolina Community-Powered Overdose Prevention (NC CPOP) grant!

A partnership with Frontline Solutions and Vital Strategies, NC CPOP is funding 20 organizations led and powered by Black, Indigenous, and Latine communities in North Carolina that are seeking to adopt or deepen the use of harm reduction principles to reduce the incidence of negative health effects and the number of fatal overdoses among Black, Indigenous, and Latine people who use drugs (PWUD). Microgrants of $50,000 were awarded to 20 organizations* in North Carolina, including ourselves, that demonstrated a strong commitment to racial equity and an ability to address the overdose crisis impacting US communities everywhere.

*Due to the political climate, not all grantees desired to be named publicly.

NCDAC REENTRY SIMULATION in High Point, NC
This simulation depicts the real life struggles that newly released individuals face upon reentering society. If you have never experienced this simulation, it’s definitely worth attending.

The Guilford County Reentry Council will be having a Food Drive at the Guilford County Sheriff's Office on Washington street in Greensboro.

Please drive through and get a food box. It starts at 1:00pm tomorrow
