Friends of the Dade County Missouri Library Friends of the Library supports and promotes literacy through reading and reading programs. We support the distribution of used books.

Thank you to everyone who came out Nov 16th to the Pie Auction. We had a lot of pies and a lot of fun. Kaitlyn McConnell gave a wonderful speech of how pies bring us together. They really do. We had Linsey Eckert as our auctioneer and my daughter, Mel Bryant was the spotter. They had a wonderful rapport and entertained us.

We raised over $300 for Friends of the Library. The Friends group fulfills the wish list from the Dade County Library. Last year we purchased two sets of shelves so the library could offer more books to patrons.
