Lexington Heritage is an assisted living that offers personalized care to seniors.

Lexington Heritage, located in a quaint corner of bustling Greenfield, opened its doors to residents in February 2000. Since then, the inviting 20-unit property has been home to Assisted Living residents who enjoy a small, close-knit community, paired with homelike amenities and unparalleled care. Our studio, one- and two-bedroom units come complete with a kitchenette, private bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious storage areas.

What a night at Lexington! 🤠🌾

Our Heritage Hoedown on Friday was filled with great food, music, laughter, and plenty of fun. It was wonderful seeing our residents, families, team members, and friends come together to enjoy such a special evening.
