Resilience Center of Franklin County Resilience Center of Franklin County (formerly NELCWIT) is the domestic and sexual violence resource center of Franklin County and the North Quabbin.

We cannot offer services through this page. Please call our hotline at 413-772-0806. NELCWIT offers FREE services for people of all genders; for able-bodied and disabled individuals; for straight, lesbian, gay, bi, queer and trans people; and for speakers of any/all languages. Our services include:
- 24 hour rape crisis and domestic violence hotline, 413-772-0806 or 888-249-0806
- Crisis

intervention available during our walk-in hours: Monday- Friday, 9 AM-4 PM.
- Safety planning, advocacy, and support for survivors of domestic or sexual abuse or violence
- Help with restraining orders in the Franklin County courts
- Supervised visitation for children who need an alternative to unsupervised visits with non-custodial parents or guardians
- Advocacy and education in Spanish for area Latina/os
- Prevention education for area schools and other groups

Each year, Power to Persevere is organized by The Friends of RCFC (formerly NELCWIT), a dedicated group of past and present RCFC advocates, board members, directors, allies, and beyond! We are so grateful for their efforts organizing this year's event on April 16th at Terrazza Restaurant in Greenfield.

Come hear from our current team, as well as this year's keynote speaker, retired judge, Laurie MacLeod! Enjoy a full meal, cash bar, live music, RCFC history, and community connection 💜
