⚠️ TOG RECREATION β€” MyRec UPDATE

We sincerely apologize to everyone experiencing trouble purchasing tickets, reserving spots on our bus trips, or registering for sports and programs.

Unfortunately, our MyRec registration software has been down since yesterday around 2 PM. We have been in contact with MyRec several times today, and their team is actively working to resolve the issue. We are hopeful it will be back up and running before Monday.

Until the system is restored, we are unable to sell or reserve spots, send registration-related emails, or provide certain soccer and program updates.

Please stay tuned for emails Monday morning, when we hope to be able to answer questions and provide updates.

We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially for those trying to secure tickets or register for programs, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you have a question or concern, you are welcome to leave a voicemail over the weekend for Recreation Director Jennifer Zeisler at 518-893-7432, ext. 307.
