Explain to us how a total stranger waltz into your local power company put their names onto the account deleting us from it after 8yrs of it being ours ? The power company never called us to ask if we moved or anything. Just wiped us out and now want us to show proof that we live there. whats wrong with this situation? After calling raising hell because they completely haulted both my wife and i business our income , disrupted our lives , ruined $100's of $ in food , inconveniences like cant wash clothes , cant wash ourselves, cant function as a normal household, having to live like were camping . We have been cooking our food over a fire ,heating water to bath coffee ect. Spending hrs looking and gathering fire wood , gas for generator , buying a generator, the 400 extra things involved to live as comfortable as possible without power , no A/C , NO HEATER POWER went out when temps were still in the teens. The stress its put on our marriage, our finances ect. So they come out to the property the very next day for whatever reason , reason is , is because now they tryed saying that we have to pay $ 1000 in service fees rehook up fee , new pole , inspection fees and also tryed blaming us on tampering.are you f # serious! I WILL OWN THIS POWER COMPANY WHEN ITS ALL DONE . they f #$k up and have the audacity to pull s**t like this . My ears are smoking right now .

Living without power because they let a stranger walk in and put the power into their name and canceled our acct. And now we have to jump through hoops to proove its our house . How the hell is this our problem to fix? Because they know they f'ed up . Thank God our lawyers are on this and believe that they will be paying dearly for this bulls**t.

Watch out apparently you can walk in and put your name onto anyones acct. Switch it over to your name and screw someone out of having power at their own home .

So unfortunately Tennessee is not a consumer state so oh well for us even when it's the businesses fault. In this case 19 degrees and at exactly 9:04 am they shut off our power we are not behind you can't get behind when on prepaid, but at least a little margin of money let's say up to $25.00 before they do. They do not know the circumstances of why we need a few days to put more money on.... they obviously will never care even in the middle of winter!!!!!

If this isn't bulls**t ,how in the F**k does my usage go high as hell when it's warm out and low when it's cold? Guess what their answer is . We'll maybe you have people stealing your powerful were 5 acres away ? 🤔
