This is an example of a power strip that a space heater was plugged into. Power strips are NOT made to handle space heaters. Plug space heaters directly into a wall outlet. Do not use an extension cord or power strip, which could overheat and result in a fire. Stay warm and stay safe.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect starting tonight for central, southern, and eastern portions of central Indiana. 4 to 8 inches of snow is possible in the warning area with highest snow fall totals expected over SE central Indiana.
