Elderbush, though simple, features a number of amenities! Each apartment comes with an outdoor patio area to enjoy the large, green space around the building. A spacious laundry room is centrally located between both wings with an option for outdoor lines to hang laundry. There is a common room near the front entrance that can be used for group dining or reserved for private events. Most utilities are included with monthly rent (water, sewer, heat, garbage, electric). Rent also includes a parking space in our private lot.

Attention: Elderbush is looking for people who would like to be on our waiting list for an apartment! We tend to have limited notice of people moving out so we try to maintain a waiting list of qualified individuals to fill vacancies. FYI, age is not a determining factor for eligibility. Even though our name is Elderbush, we accept tenants of all ages!

We are an income-based apartment unit located along Highway 11 in Greenbush and right across from the golf course.
