Update from the City regarding the Arlington Corridor construction.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Construction along Arlington and Boettler Road is ramping up. We recommend that those who travel this corridor consider alternate routes to avoid the construction traffic.

Today, Thursday, August 13 the traffic light at Boettler and Arlington will be removed and a temporary signal trailer will be installed. With this switch to the movable signal trailer, the left arrow at Arlington onto Boettler will be removed. Traffic can still make a left onto Boettler, but anticipate longer wait times.

Beginning the week of August 31, there will be lane restrictions on Boettler Rd from Arlington to Kenway Dr. More details on lane restrictions will be shared as phasing is finalized.

Spring Hill Neighbors: On the evening of 6/10, between 7:30pm and 9:30pm, a street light on Brigantine Ave. was damaged and completely removed from the base requiring replacement. If anyone has information regarding this incident or can review security camera footage from that time, please contact the HOA. Thank you.

REMINDER: There is a public open house scheduled tonight, 6/4, from 6:00pm-7:30pm to discuss the Arlington Rd Project. The location is Ragon Chiropractic at 3661 S Arlington Rd.

Spring Hill Residents: Make sure you are signed up for Green Alerts with your address. This is how the city will communicate any upcoming changes to traffic patterns and construction. Residents can simply go to http://www.cityofgreen.org/alerts and fill out the form. This text messaging system is also used by Green Fire in the event they need to share emergency alerts.

Please register so you will receive emergency alerts, severe weather notifications and other community information.

Fishing is not permitted in the Spring Hill allotment's retention pond. The HOA and the Green Land Trust (DeHoff Realty) the property owner of the land which includes the retention pond, do not support this activity.
Those entering neighboring properties, whether residential or commercial, including The Goddard School, or properties along Boettler Rd, are subject to the discretion of the homeowner or property owner to contact the local sheriff's department for enforcement.

Reminder Spring Hill Neighbors~
Tomorrow night, 5/21 at 6:30, is our informational meeting with the Mayor to discuss the Arlington Rd project. This will take place at the Central Park Community Hall. We look forward to having a great turnout from our residents. See you there!

Good Morning, Spring Hill!
Yesterday 1/27/26,
several homeowners on Springbury Dr. (on the hill area) caused traffic blocking by snow blowing their driveway and sidewalk snow into the street. Multiple cars became stuck in the middle of the hill blocking traffic and causing near accidents.
PLEASE be more considerate for the safety of your neighbors in the future.

Per the city, Republic is delaying tomorrow’s trash pick up.
There is also a parking ban in effect though Tuesday, January 27th at 12am.

A Spring Hill neighbor on Springbury Dr informed us of seeing a small 15-20 lb Scotty type dog running around with its leash attached last evening. Posting in case someone is still looking to know it was seen. Also hoping if it belongs to someone in our neighborhood, your dog made its way home.
