🍀❄️ Green Isle Residents: Don't Get Snowed Under! ❄️🍀

It's snow joke outside! When the flakes start flying and accumulate to 2 inches or more, our plows need to hit the streets to keep Green Isle... well, not green, but definitely clear!

To help our crews do a plow-tastic job, please move your vehicles off city streets until they are plowed curb-to-curb. Let's not leaf any cars behind to get buried!

Turning over a new leaf and parking in your driveway helps us clear the way for everyone. Your cooperation makes a world of difference and keeps our community safe.

☘️ ❄️ The Emerald Isle is Turning White! ❄️ ☘️
Top o’ the mornin’ (or afternoon) to you, fine citizens of Green Isle!

The forecast says we’re about to get hit with enough white stuff to bury a leprechaun’s hat, and that means the Snow Plow Shenanigans are about to begin!

Our plow drivers are ready to drive the snow out of town just like St. Patrick drove out the snakes 🐍, but they need a wee bit of help from you to get the job done.

🚨 Here is the "Pot of Gold" at the end of the rainbow (The Rules):

Don't press your luck: Please move ALL vehicles off the city streets and into your driveways immediately.

The consequences: If you leave your chariot on the road, our plows will have no choice but to bury it deeper than a hidden treasure. 🏴‍☠️ (And nobody wants to dig their car out of a glacier tomorrow morning!). The Sheriff's Office may also cite those that are on the roadways, which impedes the plow routes.

Safety first: Let’s keep the roads clear so our plow drivers can work their magic without dodging obstacles.

Don’t be the one relying on the "Luck of the Irish" to avoid a tow or a ticket! Let’s work together to keep Green Isle safe, clear, and ready for spring (whenever it decides to show up).

Sláinte! 🍻
