Thank you to the Brown County elected officials and residents who participated in the 2026 In-District Legislatorโ€™s Listening Session. The heartfelt testimonies and significant insights focused on issues that matter most to our community, including affordability, access to benefits, housing, nutrition, caregiving, transportation, and fall prevention.

Our community is grateful to our local leaders and their representatives for listening attentively to the experiences and expertise of those sharing their voice on the realities of caring for a loved one, the difference public benefits have made, the difficulties in attaining affordable housing in Brown County, how cutbacks have affected access to quality nutrition to vulnerable populations, and more. The real life stories of life in Brown County help legislators shape policy and laws that affect and support all residents.

5 DAYS UNTIL JUNETEENTH

Support Local Vendors

Every purchase is a vote for someone's dream.

One of the most powerful parts of Juneteenth is the opportunity to support local entrepreneurs, artists, makers, food vendors, and small business owners.

Many of the vendors participating in this year's celebration are building something from the ground up. Some are attending their very first large community event. Others have been part of our Juneteenth family for years.

We believe access to community should not be determined by access to capital. That's why We All Rise continues to offer full and partial vendor fee waivers whenever possible to help remove barriers for emerging entrepreneurs.

When you shop with a local vendor, you're investing directly into families, dreams, creativity, and community wealth.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Tell us: What's your favorite thing to discover at community events?
