Our second Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) meeting will include project updates and opportunities for you to share input, which will help identify location-specific concerns in your community and guide potential improvements.

This plan builds on Brown County’s 2018 Highway Safety Plan and supports the long-term goal of reaching zero preventable traffic deaths.

Please join us on Thursday, Nov. 20 from 4-6 p.m. for our second public involvement meeting for Brown County’s Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Safety Action Plan.

The meeting will take place at Allouez Village Hall, located at 1900 Libal St. in Allouez. It will follow an open-house format, meaning you can stop by any time to review data gathered so far and provide additional input. There will be no formal presentation.

Background: Brown County, in partnership with local municipalities, received a U.S. DOT SS4A grant to develop a Safety Action Plan aimed at eliminating preventable traffic deaths. The study will assess location-specific safety concerns and identify data-informed strategies and treatments to improve roadway safety.
