Maier's Hotel was located at 4454 Dewey Avenue from 1923-1968. It started off as a small waffle and sandwich shop, which can be seen on the far left. The structure was eventually moved to Kirkwood Road and Moxon Drive. Town of Greece and Public Works Administration officials gathered at the Maier Hotel to celebrate the construction of a $1,200,000 sewer project in 1937. www.greeceimages.org

Veterans Memorial Bridge, Rochester NY - The traffic circle, built in 1934, was on the east side of the bridge where it used to form the junction of the Veterans Bridge, St. Paul Boulevard, East Ridge Road, and Keeler Street. It was removed in 1970.

Greece Athena High School band outside of the Silo store at Greece Towne Mall in 1984. Silo was an electronics retailer founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that operated throughout the United States between 1947 and 1995.

The Vanderstyne Ford dealership opened in 1967 and was located at 4545 West Ridge Road. The dealership president was Gerald P. Vanderstyne and it boasted a 25,000 square foot showroom and office complex. This is now the location of West Herr Ford.

One of the more than twenty permanent art pieces placed at Long Ridge Mall as part of the technical art collection put together by David W. Bermant. The pieces focused on movement and the use of modern, technological materials such as metals, lasers and video components. The west side of Sibley's in the Greece Towne Mall. Ground broke on construction of the mall in March 1966. Sibley, Lindsay and Curr were the leading developers of the mall. The Sibley's store was two levels and 116,000 square feet. Sibley's was a Rochester based department store chain that was purchased in the mid 1980's by May Department Stores. The May Company moved the store to the former McCurdy's location in the Long Ridge Mall and changed the name was eventually changed to Kaufmann's in 1990 and then Macy's in 2006.

The Forest Hill Restaurant located at 41 East Manitou Road., near Braddock Bay. It opened in the 1960's and was originally owned by Norman and Robert Forest. It is still operational as of 2026.
