Our community is governed by covenants and by-laws from University Gardens Property Owners Association (UGPOA). The neighborhood is known by residents as University Gardens by short. However, it should not be confused with the bigger area of University Gardens, which i

s a hamlet and census designated place. Generally speaking, our community is bounded by Northern boulovard (north), Somerset Dr (west), Somerset Dr (south) and Lakeville Rd (east). Note that a small part of above area near Lakeville Rd belongs to Lake Success, not to our community.
