While this election did not end with the outcome we hoped for, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have met so many incredible people throughout Cascade County. Hearing your stories, your concerns, and your hopes for our community has been one of the greatest honors of this journey.

Campaigns are about more than winning an election. They are about bringing people together, building relationships, and encouraging conversations about the future of our community. For that, I consider this experience a blessing.

I want to congratulate my opponent and wish them success as they serve the people of Cascade County. Our community is strongest when we move forward with respect, kindness, and a shared commitment to serving others.

To my family, friends, supporters, and campaign team: your belief in me carried me through every step of this journey. I will never forget your generosity, encouragement, and unwavering support.

To my family, friends, supporters, and everyone who has taken the time to encourage me, volunteer, share my message, place a sign, attend an event, or cast a vote for me—thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Running for Cascade County Clerk and Recorder has been one of the most humbling experiences of my life. Every conversation, every kind word, every prayer, and every show of support has reminded me how fortunate I am to be part of such a caring and dedicated community.
Your belief in me means more than I can adequately express. This campaign has never been about one person; it has been about serving our community with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to doing what is right. Last weeks Christ’s Ambassador Luncheon at New City Church was truly inspiring. It was an honor to hear Lieutenant Governor Kristen Juras speak and share such an encouraging message with our community.

One of the most touching moments was hearing the story about a young boy shared through Young Life Great Falls — a reminder of how important faith, mentorship, and community support are in shaping lives and giving hope to the next generation.

I’m grateful to have attended this meaningful event and to stand alongside so many people who care deeply about our community, our families, and our future.

Several Desarea Valentine campaign signs have been stolen from yards along 9th St S in Great Falls.

We have clear video footage of the individuals and the vehicle involved.

Let me be clear — this is not acceptable. Regardless of political views, taking property from someone’s yard is illegal and shows a lack of respect for our community.

If you recognize the individuals or the vehicle, please contact us directly or send a private message. We are prepared to take the appropriate steps to address this.

Great Falls is better than this. We can disagree without crossing the line into actions like this.

Good morning Cascade County,

Respect matters—especially during times when our community is making important decisions. Actions that interfere with fair participation, such as damaging or removing signage, do not represent the values we stand for.

In the past two weeks, two of my signs were removed and discarded, and it was also brought to my attention that a sign belonging to my opponent was removed as well. While I understand there are differing opinions, vandalizing or removing signs is unacceptable.

I am asking everyone to remain thoughtful and kind. If you have concerns regarding my platform or my opponent’s, please bring them to us directly so we have the opportunity to address them.

Let’s keep our focus on respectful and fair engagement.
