General fall athletic season practices begin on Monday, August 24, 2026, which is also the date of the mandatory parent/athlete meeting at Monument Mountain Regional High School.
📅 Important Dates & Times
Monday, August 24, 2026 — General fall sports practices start.
5:00 PM — Mandatory parent/athlete meeting begins in the school theater.
5:30 PM — Team breakout sessions start immediately following the main meeting.
Monday, September 14, 2026 — Unified basketball practices officially begin.
To Be Determined (TBD) — Fall crew practices at Lenox begin.
Note: Crew members do not need to attend the August 17 parent meeting.
📋 Mandatory Medical Eligibility Requirements
Before any student can step onto the field or court, they must complete these two specific medical steps to avoid immediate suspension from practices and games:
Physical Examination — Must be updated within the last 13 months and on file with the school nurse. Because physicals can expire mid-season, check your dates early. Upload the document via FamilyID or email a scanned copy to Karl Zigmand at [email protected].
ImPACT Concussion Test — Must be valid within the last 2 years. This acts as a baseline cognitive test for medical professionals if an injury occurs. Email Karl Zigmand at [email protected] to get your home testing code.
💳 Fees & Registration
User Fee — A $100 user fee must be fully paid before sports participation can begin.
