Mrs. Sherman's art class visited the GMS Garden last week to participate in a sketching activity. This sketching activity is the initial inspiration for our students to create Henri Matisse inspired collages (with colorful papers that they painted!) that will celebrate the beauty of our garden.

From garden to table at GMS!! We’re so excited to see our homegrown vegetables being harvested and used in the cafeteria for student lunches! Our food service provider, OrganicLife has worked closely with the Lake County Health Department to meet all regulations and requirements for serving garden grown vegetables. Here are some pictures of the harvest and fresh pico de gallo served at lunch last week!
