Senate Bill 0315 passed unanimously out of the House this afternoon in a historic vote!

Illinois is now a leader in creating a national standard for Al safety.

It is off to the Governor's desk for signing!

SB0315 is a collaborative, bipartisan bill that included many stakeholders including Transparency Coalition, Secure AI Project, Encode AI, Anthropic, and Center for Humane Technology.
