The support I saw at the parade was immense: shaking hands, talking with voters, the thumbs-up -- so positive -- one voter shook my hand and said "thank you," and many others told me they have already voted for me.

Last week's Avalanche newspaper ad is running again with the endorsement of the Crawford County Sheriff's Department tomorrow. Check it out again and tell your neighbors. The election is next Tuesday, August 02, 2016.
I need your help to Restore so much that has been lost there the last 3.5 years: accountability, integrity, and leadership.
Elect Don Sommerfeld Jr as YOUR PROSECUTOR, and I will stand with our police: together we will do an excellent job for all of our county. I have a lot more law enforcement experience than both of the other candidates combined.

Chicken BBQ dinner at the Grayling senior center tonight. I sold 50/50 tickets; the center was very busy -- probably the most in attendance I've seen in 4 months. Must have been the chicken; I had a plate when it was over: Awesome food.
I was glad to help out again in the work the center does. The Crawford county population is 32% seniors. The center has dedicated people helping our elders.
Volunteer sometime and see the good deeds they are providing every day, week, month, and so on. Don
