The MIDF is a part of the Michigan military. Serving only the state. As a Michigan soldier you wont have to worry about being deployed outside of the state. Our mission is to assist the citizens of the SOM. We provide humanitarian support as well as help maintain the national stockpile and operate in search and rescue operations as well as security operations. We have many other missions as well. We operate out of MI National Gaurd Posts around the state. Our Commander and Cheif is the State Governor and we fall under the Department of Michigan Veteran Affairs. We are always looking for soldiers. Message us for information on enlisting. If you were denied to the Federal Military we will most likely be able to get you in here.
