April is Earth Month – Let’s Keep Gray Court Beautiful!

The Town of Gray Court is partnering with Keep Laurens County Beautiful to encourage everyone to help clean up our community this month!

We invite residents, churches, schools, and local organizations to participate by picking up litter in your neighborhood, along roads, or around town.

How to participate:
• Trash bags are available for pickup at Town Hall
• Gather your group (or go solo!) and collect litter in your area
• Tie up your filled bags and place them in a visible location

Need pickup?
Once your bags are ready, simply text our Maintenance Supervisor, Mr. Brown (864-733-3276), during normal business hours
(7am - 3pm) with:
• The address/location of the bags
• Your name (optional, but helpful)

Our team will come by and pick them up!
Let’s work together to keep Gray Court clean, beautiful, and welcoming for everyone. Every bag makes
a difference!

To schedule appointment:
1.) Call 864-725-5000
2.) Let the scheduler know you want to schedule for the Mobile Mammography Bus on April 16th .
About your Appointment:
1.) Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time.
2.) Please bring insurance and ID cards
3.) It needs to be at least a year and one day since patients last mammogram.
4.) Please do not wear deodorant.
5.) The procedure itself only takes 10-15 minutes.
6.) Patients do not have to have a physician’s order if they are over the age of 40.
7.) These are wellness exams only. If the patient is having a problem with their breast, they will need to call 864-725-7181 to be scheduled at the Imaging Center.
8.) We need at least 10 patients scheduled for the day.
9.) Patients are scheduled every 15 minutes.
10.) Our mobile team can screen up to 20 patients a day.
11.) Our set start time is 8:00 a.m. and we end at 1:30 p.m. Start and end times may vary depending on the site.
12.) The mobile needs to be able to park on a paved area, with roughly 6-8 parking spots.
Results of mammogram:
1.) Self-Regional will mail out results if the patients are getting a normal result.
2.) Self-Regional will reach out to the patient via telephone if they need to return for additional imaging.
