Logan balanced high school courses, varsity athletics, and college classes by working on assignments late into the evening. His routine required year-round study during every term to achieve his academic goals. When pressure built up before his senior year, guidance from his family helped him stay focused on one assignment at a time.

His next steps include joining the Air National Guard, training to become a firefighter, and pursuing a master's degree. Incredible work, Logan! And thank you to the family, coaches, and teachers who supported Logan throughout this journey. 🦁🧡

Before receiving his high school diploma, Logan Wolf had already earned his bachelor’s degree from ACE. 🎓👏

From balancing athletics and coursework to pushing through burnout and staying focused on his goals, Logan’s story is an incredible example of determination and perseverance.

We’re proud to be part of his journey and can’t wait to see what’s next.

✍️ As part of a real-world issues research project, Gravette High School students in Mrs. Jones's and Ms. Kelley's English 10 classes recently concluded a multi-day series of local guest speakers. These presentations and Q&A sessions helped students better understand the realities of complex social challenges. As well as resources and solutions available within our local community and the greater Northwest Arkansas region.

Donald Miller visited on behalf of Bright Futures to discuss the reality of poverty in Northwest Arkansas. April Milam from the Benton County Government discussed the interconnectedness of poverty, domestic violence, and the roles of friends and family. Joshua Oriez and Brooke Lasley, from Arisa Health, gave a presentation on mental health and identity. This presentation connected to all of the students' research projects. The final speaker was Rachael Schmidt from the Northwest Arkansas Women's Shelter. She discussed the particular struggles of women and children in our region, along with the local resources available to help them find safety and stability.

Students used these discussions to help shape their own research and gain a deeper understanding of how global issues manifest in their home region. Thank you Brandy Jones and Elizabeth Kelley for organizing this speaker series. A very big thank you to these local experts for taking the time to visit our school and share their knowledge. These sessions helped our students grow into more informed researchers by showing them how to identify needs and think about solutions. 🦁🧡

📈 Gravette's investment in student success is yielding record-breaking returns with a back-to-back state win in the Economics Arkansas Stock Market Game. Hendrix Whitley earned first place in the state after growing a virtual investment portfolio by $97,101. Mrs. Moots leads business students in this year-long competition that has them research and trade stocks using real market prices. For two years in a row, our students have delivered returns that would make professional hedge fund managers take notice.

Hendrix traveled to the Clinton Library in Little Rock for an awards ceremony where he received a trophy and a $375 cash prize. He finished at the top of the rankings among hundreds of participants by using careful research and specific investing strategies. His highest earning stock during the challenge was Micron Technology, an American semiconductor manufacturer out of Idaho.

Building financial literacy through hands-on experience gives our students a head start on their own futures. Mrs. Moots said, "Congratulations, Hendrix! Your hard work, research, and smart investing strategies have paid off tremendously. You’ve made us all so proud! Way to represent, Hendrix Whitley!" 🦁🧡
