We were graciously awarded $3,168.12 by the UCEMC CARES board for the month of January.

This money went towards the purchase of all new 3” hose for our frontline apparatus and some new 5” adapters.

These local grants continue to be a huge blessing to our small department. West End has made huge strides in the past few years as we continue our rebuilding phase. We have upgraded, replaced, or bought things we just didn’t have. These grants not only allow us to purchase more equipment but also the training to better serve our community in which we swore to protect with the most professionalism, knowledge, and skillset possible.

Our gratitude can never be expressed fully.
