The City of Grants (ran by Trump extremists) refuses to release the disciplinary actions, if any, on bozo Trump extremist Robert Scott Windhorst. As most of us know Robert Scott Windhorst was caught on video surveillance dumping oil in a dumpster at a private business in Grants, NM while at work in a government vehicle.
