We have received reports of scam phone calls in Perkins County where the caller is pretending to be a deputy and requesting payment for alleged court fines.

This is 100% a scam.

The Communications Center will NEVER call you to request money, bank information, or personal details over the phone.

If you receive a call like this:
• Do NOT send money
• Do NOT provide banking or personal information
• Hang up immediately
