Applications open for the Native American Museum Fellowship (NAMF) on February 16!

The program is open for both undergraduate students AND community scholars without a post-secondary degree and not currently enrolled in an undergraduate program. This ten-week long paid fellowship kicks off with a three-week in-person seminar in downtown St. Paul and ends with a seven-week paid internship opportunity within MNHS. We will see Tribal Museums, read about movements to Indigenize the museum space, steward local sacred sites, learn about cultural resource stewardship, and visit Tribal communities across the greater Minnesota area. Applicants will be asked to answer questions, provide a letter of recommendation, and provide an optional resume.

Please share with friends and family who might be interested and reach out to [email protected] for questions. Miigwech, pidamaya, pinagigi! 😎
