Colonel Jeffrey S. McLemore (Vice Commander, Air Force Recruiting Service Base San Antonio Randolph, Texas)
Col. McLemore is responsible for obtaining sufficient numbers of qualified men and women to meet the personnel procurement requirements of today& #39;s and tomorrow& #39;s highly technological Air Force. The Air Force Recruiting Service comprises more than 2,800 Airmen and civilians and approximately 1,040 recruiting offices across the U.S. and abroad.

Col. McLemore’s previous assignment was the Chief, Operations Division, Headquarters, Air Force Recruiting Service. He formulated and executed all policies and procedures to direct recruitment efforts for enlisted members, line officers, health professions officers, and chaplains.

Col. McLemore earned his commission from Air Force Officer Training Program on June 12, 1994. He has a prior enlisted background in the Army Infantry, as well as being the only current active duty Air Force officer who earned the Command and Control Badge as an Airfield Management Officer. He also wears the Senior Air Traffic Control and Airfield Management Badges.

The recruiters that will join Col. McLemore are MSgt Gary Lopriore, MSgt Keaton Manshaem, TSgt Jose Moran, TSgt Brian Boes and TSgt Alexandria Trempe.

🚨New Future Airman Alert🚨

Please welcome Benaiah to the Air Force team. He successfully processed MEPS a few weeks ago. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting with him, and letting him know he will be leaving soon for Basic Military Training. He will be leaving as an E3 and as an Aircraft Structural Maintainer. He’s excited to begin his journey and I look forward to seeing him accomplish big things in the future.
