Note to :
You are partly right on your opinions and have a right to express them. But I am mostly right, and here's why.

The people of Missouri voted for Denny Hoskins 1,677,902 equal citizens thoroughout the whole State of Missouri. And he represents the whole State interest, both for internal decision-making and for National standing.

The other members of the executive offices of the State are Republican as duly elected also.

We should be able to try and increase our influence in DC by adding another Republican to the Congress by sugestion of the legislature and by the peoples say so.

That's American government 🇺🇸 and equal representation in action.

The people have already voted once on the new map, and will vote on to choose the best options for Missourians out of whatever is on the ballot. I have a feeling the Missouri State Court order will be stayed.

We see things differently friends and neighbors, but there is no necessity to disparage me because I do see things differently.

Our representation matters in DC compared to other States.

Many States in the current cycle and many before have overweight Democrat representation in DC, and that's a fact. They did that because they could.

Now better late than never Missouri is flexing, there is nothing wrong with a Republican led State like our own taking some initiative by duly elected legislature, in action, to increase our influence in DC according to the way I see it. The people have spoken and will continue to speak from every equal population to population deliberation district throughout the State.

An immediate and constant out of State funded fight by abuse of referendum against the legally and duly elected legislators of Missouri, for doing what they were elected to do, is not right by the whole people.

No matter how you cut it that's my opinion.

The same Missourians who voted them in, will have the last word to support and keep them!

Can I have your permission to speak out loud and freely about that?

You will get your vote in November just as you have in every previous election, and so will I.

300,000 signers with "People not Politicians" said they don't like the new district map passed by our elected Legislature in the State of Missouri and used for the primary election.
The Missouri Court said, let it go back to the ballot.

1,677,902 people voted for Denny Hoskins who believes the new district plan should not be reversed. What do you think?

Citizen initiative is a safety valve, NOT a second government.

Used as a first resort, it skips deliberative agreement and punishes the ordinary process.

Used rarely, after the chambers have actually failed in repeated cycles, is what the constitution reserves it for and it should be rarely used if ever for Constitutional Amendment.

Most of the time the normal elected process is enough redress for every issue inside the State.

We need to embrace it and act like it is.

That is what the Missouri map fight is about in one stroke.

The duly elected and State wide representative legislature passed a new congressional plan for a greater effect of our majority State interest in DC.

Before the next election could settle into it, to give our State more instant leverage in DC, the petition machinery already humming as the first answer over the regular process revved up it's idling engines against it.

This is not only an in-state quarrel about our decision making process. The federal House is struggling and our influence as a whole State is being diminished there.

Large blue states already send lopsided delegations to Washington. And the effect is to close out smaller States from influence.

When a smaller Republican State like ours, tries to add one seat and stop being treated as flyover country in the House math, out-of-state money and an already geared up from constant use petition apparatus roars into action at once.

California does not apologize for its over weight leverage.

Missouri is somehow convinced that using the same hardball is illegitimate.

Both parties inside the state should care whether Missouri’s eight seats are decided here or by a national campaign that treats Jefferson City as a speed bump.

One side still talks like the only legitimate map is the one that leaves the state’s voice where it was in unproductive stale mate.

A "safety valve" of citizen led petitions that fires like a cannon, or moves like a steam roller against every legislative act is not balance.

It is a massive veto against the people who customarily use the normal path of our regularly elected legislature in legal elective process and won.

In America, inalienable rights are declared as a common preexisting truth, not as a church rule or a religious test; by consent we then delegate only certain powers to a Constitution that neither establishes religion nor prohibits its exercise.

I guess 300,000 Democrats a minority population can block and attempt to reverse a decision made by Republicans, even after an election using a newly redistricted map, but 395,000 Republicans could not be allowed to say no, to the desire of 170,000 Democrats and a simple majority?

Am I getting that right?

Here's another boundary breaker!

Acknowledgement of endowment by "nature's God" precedes offices created by the Constitution. The Creator made us equal; Jesus proved the gift by rising from the dead.

A government formed for common defense cannot seize the origin of rights or silence the worshiper, who names that creator God for who He declares and reveals Himself to be in self evident truth. That's a boundary that cannot be crossed.

Yes = repeals 2024 expansion on abortions, bans most abortions (exceptions: life of mother, rape/incest under 12 weeks, fetal anomalies), bans gender-transition care for minors. And hormone treatment ban that expires without it, 2027.
