Yesterday Grand River Police Department held a tribute at Pickle Bills to honor one of our own, Marine Lance Corporal Andy “Ace” Nowacki. Andy made the ultimate sacrifice on February 26, 2005 while serving in Iraq. Now whenever you see a Grand River Police Cruiser drive by, it will carry a piece of Andy with a new logo on the side. Thank you to all that attended, it means a lot to know one of our officers had such a big impact on the world.
