What if thousands of people approaching traditional retirement age decided to take an encore — to put their experience and talents to work for the common good? What if they felt called to help end homelessness, improve our schools, protect the environment or shape local government? These experienced adults are an enormous

— and growing — untapped resource for community good. But we need to more effectively engage them and inspire them to go to work now. Encore is leading the call to do just that.
