We're honored to share that Sue Tellier was quoted by Ranking Member Nydia Velazquez in a press release published regarding codifying the Rule of Two.

In the press release, Rep. Velázquez called on Congress to pass her "Protecting Small Business Competition Act," which would, among other protections for small businesses, codify the Rule of Two into law. Sue's strong testimony helped preserve opportunities for small business contractors, and we continue to advocate for small businesses in federal contracting.
