Yesterday, we hosted our Annual Golf Outing at Railside Golf Club and were blessed with beautiful weather, a fantastic turnout, and an incredible community of supporters.

These tools help prepare participants for employment and long-term stability. This was a week to remember. Every year, over 1,300 ministry leaders gather for the annual Citygate Network Conference. This year, attendees experienced renewal through worship and biblical teaching, learned new strategies from trusted voices in ministry, and connected with peers and partners from across North America.

We were grateful for the opportunity to serve as this year’s Host Mission and welcome so many incredible leaders and ministries to Grand Rapids. Throughout the week, we also had the privilege of giving tours of our campuses, sharing more about the work happening every day at Mel Trotter Ministries.

We were especially honored to have our CEO, Chris Palusky, and our Senior Director of Church Engagement & Ministry, Adam Lipscomb, lead seminars and share insights with fellow ministry leaders.

After feeling called to serve individuals experiencing hunger and homelessness, she and her boyfriend began looking for ways to get involved in the community and found MTM. We’re so grateful for her heart to serve and the time she puts into loving our neighbors well. 🩵

At our Mobile Shower Unit locations, our community partners help provide meals for our neighbors experiencing homelessness. These moments help create conversations and build trust while also reminding our neighbors they are seen and cared for. 🩵
