Kent County Maternal and Infant Health Program The Kent County Maternal Infant Health Program is a free program for All Medicaid participants

The Maternal Infant Health Program offers social workers, nurses, a dietitian, and/or a lactation consultant to support moms and families throughout pregnancy and the first year or so of baby’s life. We provide information, education, support, and developmental screening for families we work with, and help link families with community resources to meet their needs. It is a voluntary program, and y

ou can choose which disciplines you want to work with, how often we visit, and if you decide you no longer want to participate, that is okay too!
