Directly or indirectly, we serve almost 400 schools, more than 120,000 students and 7,000 educators. A work-based learning experience at CS Erickson opened the door to a full-time career for Omar Rodriguez, a 2026 graduate of Lee High School and West Michigan Construction Institute’s Electric pathway, a Kent ISD CTE program.

Omar is now working as an electrical apprentice, hanging lights at the Amway Stadium.

Decoding shouldn't stop in elementary school.

For six weeks, high school students worked on solving real-world problems with companies like BAMF Health, Blox Design Build Containers, Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University and Steelcase.

Students earned college credit, a stipend, and real-world experience!
