Muskegon County Seniors Needed!

Fair housing testing refers to the use of individuals who – without any real intent to rent – pose as potential renters for the purpose of gathering information. These individuals are called “testers”. Information gathered by testers may show whether a housing provider is complying with fair housing laws. Testers are like secret shoppers, playing the role of a home seeker and reporting back, they are paid a stipend for each test.

To work with the Fair Housing Center of West Michigan as a fair housing tester you must attend a Tester Training.

Our next training, on Wednesday September 23rd from 6pm-8pm, will be on Zoom.
This training is specifically for Muskegon county seniors (60+).
