The Calvin College Honors Program invites you to attend Honors Convocation on Wednesday, April 18 at 7:30 p.m. in the Covenant Fine Arts Center. Speakers include philosophy professor Rebecca Konyndyk DeYoung and Johan Lee, nominated by the Class of 2018. No tickets are necessary for the ceremony or the reception following. This event will also be web broadcast.

Curious what it's like to live on the Honors floor at Calvin?

"Each of the van Reken floors are living-learning communities subject to a certain theme. On the honors floor, this looks like being able to learn together while also creating deep relationships, both of which we value equally. Together, we participate in fun weekly meetings, a one credit semester class, service-learning opportunities, special off-campus retreats and unique floor activities distinct to our floor’s vision and goals. Honors floor residents are individuals with diverse interests and passions. In the intentional community of our floor, we are able to share our own passions and learn about the passions of others. Ultimately, we pursue together a community which seek knowledge to further the kingdom."
