This is the official page for Training Support Battalion 2-381st of Grand Prairie, Texas. This is an Observer Coach / Trainer Team, made up of Non-Commissioned Officers and U.S. Army officers, for a Congressionally mandated, tri-component Training Support Battalion; responsible for planning, coordination and ex*****on of pre-deployi

ng and mobilizing units; We evaluate other units' capabilities through Unit Readiness Validation (UVR) for First Army Division West units. Our mission is critical to improving force-on-force training and sustainment of the 120th Infantry Brigade professional war-fighting capability. We are responsible for creating and maintaining a training environment that provides modern realistic operations that fortify doctrinally correct battlefield replications for units ISO Overseas Contingency Operations.

This ceremony reflects the continuity of leadership and the enduring commitment to excellence, discipline, and the care of Soldiers. We look forward to continued success as Dragon Strike moves forward under strong and dedicated leadership!
