We are excited to announce that the Welcome Back Block Party has been rescheduled!

📅 New Date: Sunday, September 20th

After mother nature had other plans for us, we can’t wait to finally come together for a day of fun, food, activities, and community! ❤️

Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding as we worked to coordinate a new date with our amazing vendors, food trucks, participants, and volunteers. We face some challenges with the reschedule, but this will still be a great event!

Got Recycling?

We will take it! Eaton County Department of Resource Recovery's Recycling Programs are free, open to all Eaton County, Michigan residents, and effective! Drive up to the recycling trailer, and staff will help you unload your car and separate your materials.

Questions about recycling? Our staff can help with that, too!

Eaton County residents are on pace to recycle well over 200,000 pounds of plastic, metal, glass, paper and cardboard through the county recycling programs.

All recycled materials are processed and baled at the department operated Sunfield Recycling Center, where the materials are sold directly to manufacturers, guaranteeing your recycled materials don't end up in the landfill!
